I want to inform you that I placed a prepaid order from the Flipkart Internet Private Limited’s official e-commerce android app “Flipkart Online Shopping App” on **th July **** at **:** am (Order Number/ID: OD******************).
It was delivered on **th July ****. When I opened it my product was missing, although I paid for the item. I shared the unboxing video to the Flipkart Internet Private Limited but till now refund has not been initiated. I want to get full refund to the original payment method.
So kindly look into the matter.
