Myntra - Item missing Myntra denies refund

I had ordered a sweater, jeans, shoes etc. for express delivery. The delivery person left it at my doorstep without informing while I was at work. An hour later, when I reached home and opened the packets, I found the jeans missing. I immediately called customer service and explained and they assured me that the item might have been missed out and they would check internally and get back to me soon. The next day, without informing me, they close the ticket stating that the refund has been denied as their internal reports state that the jeans was packed. Despite sending them photos, fighting with multiple customer reps who did not provide any assistance, my case was denied. I finally told them that I didn't need their refund but to send me their internal report / any evidence that the jeans was delivered. This was met with only silence. After * years of being a loyal customer who had spent lakhs on their products, I am heart broken!
