I ordered * items from Flipkart, * of them same and *rd were different. All of them were having a return policy of ** days after delivery. I got the package with the QR and other details stuck on top of it. It shows it has * suits but when I opened it I found only * and the other one was missing. And I got the *rd product but due to product quality, I wanted to return that.
When I placed a missing complaint Flipkart blocked my account and sent a text msg to me. Giving the reason we blocked due to " Flipkart Return Update: We'd like to let you know that your recent request for Aarohi Fashion Anarkal...+* item has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to log in to your Flipkart account. For any additional support, please reach us here: http://fkrt.it/*c**epuuuN" When I try to hit the given URL it redirects to login, and I am unable to login.
It seems Flipkart is doing Fraud or scams, they cannot block my account due to this reason otherwise they have to tell users about the limit of returns and replacements or just don't give this return service to customers.
