Dell Technologies - issues with Dell Vostro laptop

I had purchaseda Dell Vostro laptop on *rd June **** and in November ****, the key board stopped working. after complaining to the company a technician came after ** days and replaced the keyboard . The next day the laptop charher stopped working. The company said there could be a problem with the adapter and they will change that. The very next day the pendrive did not function. It has been fifteen days and no one has turned up. I have asked for the replacement of of the laptop aas every other day some issue is cropping up. But the Dell company is neither responding properly or making any effort to address the problems.
