I purchased a Dell laptop (Inspiron ******) on *th March-**** and just after a month it's screen part causing problem while opening the laptop and I reported the issue to Dell on **-April-**** with all pictures of the product. they said they will send a technical person from their team and the part will be replaced by before **-May-****. Meanwhile it is already a long time to replace the part. I had a job to do on regular basis but even now, nothing happened. Now I want that Dell take their laptop back and return my full amount along with compensation for frustrating me with their unprofessional customer service.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
