I purchased * products from shein.in from my card and returned parts of my order, and the refund money went to my wallet despite me making a card payment. I am not able to move the money to my bank account. Further, more than *** rupees has been deducted from the payment amount for i dont know what reason. The customer service is pathetic I have been trying to get in touch with their customer care service for the past * weeks now.
