I have an AC repair and I have a complaint to the customer care ********** he send an executive to repair my AC on ** * ****. They came repaired and went off. The same day the AC was not working again and they charged a bill of ****. After that, I again called them. They blocked the number and not given any response further. I tried to call from another number they picked the call repeat and told that we are sending the executive within * minutes but today is second April **** it's been * days they did not visit the place and they blocked the other numbers also. The person name Shayad ********** has told it is * months warranty and gave a bill, but within one day they are not responding.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
