Satyaban Pradhan filed complaint against Mivi on Jan 24, 2022
This is regarding product Mivi Collar* wireless earphone ,Color:Black. My order number is R********* and delivery date is **th March ****.After that I found a manufacturing defect and got a replacement Mivi Collar* wireless earphone on *nd May **** through Blue dart AWB Number: ***********.
Now the same product on the right side earpiece is not working. I have contacted MIVi support team several time but there is no response from their end .
Kindly do the needful.
Note: While sending their product they didn't provide any invoice. I have attached payment id details with this for your reference.
