Hathway Broadband Internet - Issue with the service provided

I have taken a new hathway broadband connection in the month of july,****. I have paid an amount of **** INR which covers a package of * months broad band services. I started receiving messages and calls from hathway technicians says my plan is expired and I have to renew it. I lodged a complaint in the month of August with hathway technicians and there is no response till now. There is no proper communication amongst the employees there and I am still constantly getting reminders saying i have to renew my pack by paying some money.
