I have purchased independent service * months back and now *-year free service of all channels stopped. I have enquired to customer care they said that we are upgrading software and please be wait for * days. Now I am facing this issue last ** days. Now they are saying that you need to purchase channel. That's why I purchased a channel of Rs.**. They are not able to activate the channel. I request you to do the needful.
