Ionexacense - Issue with refund

We were trapped by IONExacense to buy a * years AMC(* services per year) for **** rs posing as an authorized dealer of Eureka Forbes Aquaguard which is not true. After the initial two services in January and August (after multiple reminders) ****, they did not do any servicing. Upon raising the complaint, they asked to take a refund for the rest of the year. Now, They are claiming the amount of ****Rs as a service charge for two services done last year and the refund amount is ****rs.They have not provided a refund even after continuous follow-ups from last * months. They are also denying to provide the GST Invoice. This is clearly a fraud case and need your help to get the refund.
We have also observed similar issues with many other people which is reported in Google Reviews and consumer complaint forums.
