Hi,
Iam Sandeep, we recently purchased IFB TL-RSS *.* KG Washing Machine in Amazon Online and we received delivery on **th October ****. Just nearly ** days over there was an issue with inlet water where water was not coming to Washing machine. Instantly we reported to IFB team and they came and inspected next day and one of your company service engineer had informed that there is an issue with machine and this machine will be replaced with new one. After this nearly ** days over no one has even called or did any replacement . Request to look into the issue and replace new washing machine at the earliest.
