iFFALCON by TCL - Issue with iFFALCON by TCL 50 inch TV

Dear Team,
We purchased a iFFALCON by TCL ** inch TV on **-Dec-**** with * Year Warranty on Product. Unfortunately, TV is not working from couple of months and we have raised complaints multiple times. but, after *-* days we are getting a reply saying that Case has been cancelled. and after so many follow up on Oct-*th they committed to replace the part in **-** days and today again they are saying to replace the part they need another **-** days. I completely lost the trust on TCL and they failed to resolve the issue.
Now, I request you to please help us to resolve the issue.
