Amazon .in & Airtel - Issue with Customer service. (Amazon Order No: )

I used Amazon service for recharge worth ₹ *** for Mobile No. ********** dated ** Aug ****. Half hour went and I didn't got any message. I thought of checking the order details. When I checked the order details, I realised the same number I’m using more than a year and still today by mistake I typed the wrong number. I used * instead of * (it's typing issue) coz my two transactions was failed before recharge done. My correct mobile number is ********** (airtel).
So , first I called Amazon customer care and told the scenario. They said they can't get my order cancel as the wrong number person has received the service. But they gave me a reference number and told me to call my airtel operater and give this number and maybe they can help me out.
Next, I called the airtel operater and told the story that I accidently recharged on a worng number using Amazon. They told me that since it is a third party payment, they can't do reversal of the same but they told to call/email amzon and send your quiry.
I again called to amazon & talked with Ms. Rehana, senior supervisor she is saying that she can't do anything, she don't have right. It's your fault amazon can't do anything.
I am very disappointed with Ms. Rehanas's behaviour. I am your regular customer from ****. I am not expecting this type of behavior from Amazon as well as airtel. Nobody is helping to sortout this issue. I am very much disappointed with both Amazon & airtel customer care service.
I have attached the screenshot of the email I wrote.
Now it's cross two days nobody is helping me from amazon & airtel.
Please its my request help me out from this as soon as possible .
