Amazon .in & Airtel - Airtel recharge issue

Hi
This is Viswanath. i made recharge of charge of rupees *** for my airtel number ********** on dec **, **.** from airtel thanks App. i got message also that recharge got successful. but i did not done any recharge.
i have contacted both airtel and amazon. both are pointing fingers to others.
Airtel : it says you not done any successful recharge from our app. you should get your money from amazon.
Amazon : we paid money to airtel . its rejecting our claim for refund as well.
please kindly help
