CITI bank had blocked the card in Nov-** without intimating me and the balance reward points were nearly ****. From Nov till date they are asking me to pay the balance transfer EMI's and i am paying them regularly. Today when i tried to redeem the points the executive said i cannot the redeem the points as they as lapsed though the Feb**** statement is still showing the points of ****. They have given mental pressure by blocking the card without intimating and on top of it they are not allowing me to use the points.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
