I have salary account with Citi Bank New Delhi, for some reason my account has been set to "No Credit" status since *th July **** without any intimation to me via mail or phone. Today , being my salary day. I have waited for the bank SMS but till evening I havn't got it, while checking with my employer they confirm that there is no issue from there side & there is no reject even from my bank.
I checked than with my bank & i am surprised to know that my account is in "No credit" status since *th July & to get it activated I have to upload my address proof, than after verification of the documents they will activate the account, this will take *-* days.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
