Mi Mobile - Issue in return of the product

I have purchased a new Poco F* from Mi site which was delivered on **th March ****. Order id ****************. I have bought it specifically and mainly for playing Pubg. But on playing Pubg repeatedly for * days now, I have experience that the reaction to the touch is missed by the phone many times. I have updated the Miui and also reinstalled Pubg but the problem remains the same. This is turning out to be a disastrous deal for me. On googling about the issue, I found that this issue has been there for a long time now which means replacing the phone will not solve it. I have requested a return and not replacement request but MI is not accepting the return.
