I had bought a product from Jabong. The product doesn't look good on me so I have to exchange it with another product. I have called and mailed many times to customer care executive and chief manager of Jabong but they are telling that you can only exchange the size another product will not be given as this is not the exchange policy of Jabong.
But at the time of purchase, I had seen the policy and there it was clearly written " if u have to change the product with another one then you can do it by giving a missed call on **********" and this is still showing on Jabong shopping app.
But there is no response from them and every time they are telling we will not change the product. I am attaching the screenshot of the exchange policy of Jabong.
