I have raised a request within Pre-Look in period but customer care employees keep on misleading me.
They don't even listen and keep on repeating same thing that it's against their policy.
When i asked them to connect me with their seniors, they said that no one is available from higher authorities.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
