Sir,With Ref.no.* RBI directed all Bank/NBFCs after submitting request for Restructuring by Customer, it should be implemented immediately or with in **days,its *** days pass to my Restructuring Request*.* still no written reply to my Complain that’s obey RBI & Hon.Karnatka High Court Judgement. *.Judgment of Hon.Karnatka High Court Dt.**July **** Says: Justice Suraj Govindaraj delivered the judgment on July * while allowing a petition filed by Velankani Information Systems Ltd. (VISL), which owns and manages Velankani Technology Park and The Oterra,a five-star hotel, both situated in Electronics City, Bengaluru. Further, the court said that when multiple banks/NBFCs are involved in a loan transaction, one bank/NBFCs cannot deny extension of moratorium facility, when another or other banks are willing to do so. The court also said that the provision of moratorium is applicable to all loans/advances and facilities extended by a lending institution, including the structured loans such as Lease Rental Discounting (LRD). “The circular has been issued to protect and preserve the economy of the country on account of the COVID-** pandemic. The issuance of the circular is in public interest, interest of the economy and the country. The enforcement thereof would also come within the purview of enforcing a public duty,” the court said while declining to accept the RBI’s contention that issues raised in the petitions is a dispute between the banks and the borrower. The court directed the RBI to ask all the banks to submit the board-approved policy for approval to the RBI, to approve such policy, and verify if it contains the objective criteria. *. Sir, BHFL Dishonour all below.  Dishonour Hon.Karnatka High Court Judgement by denying Moratorium.  Dishonour RBI Guidelines implementation Restructuring *.* with in **days,its *** days Pass.  Dishonour of Hon.Governor ,Statements/Press release by BHFL.  BHFL took Signature on Blank documents because they took benefit of Covid ** Pendamic ,further they aware all our family Member suffers from Covid ** Second Wave & increase rate of interest from **.** to **.** .  There Staff Call in Branch office for sighning R.*.* Agreement when I m suffering from Covid ** ,which is further illegal ,we have call recording of same.  BHFL not responding to my Restructuring *.* from **months & hide is BHFL issue **(*) notice against me, which has no base because as per RBI **th May **** notification one can apply for R.*.* same order by Hon.Karnatka High Court don’t deny moratorium/R.*.*. in Covid ** pendamic.  With reply to my objection,BHFL gaving threat of filing Criminal case against me, if EMI is not Pay ,further this is against Law.  In May **** for one EMI pending,BHFL send Loan recall notice to us further this is against law,because same notice can send after **days & reason behind pending of EMI is“ALL OUR FAMILY SUFFERS FROM COVID ** SECOND WAVE” Sir BHFL aware all above situation same we have discuss on cell phone.  Govt.of India Ban Hardcopy of any documents as a Precaution of Covid ** but BHFL Bad intention they send Hard Copy of every Notice to my Home in Second Wave from Delhi & Pune ,which is intentionally & against Covid ** Law /against Government. Sir, It’s BHFL Bad intention to SEIZE my Property & waste of time instead of resolving Dispute & BHFL issue **(*) notice against me. Sir due to Bad intention/harreshment against Customer RBI Fine ** crore against BHFL in ****. Sir,u can understand, we deal with legal activities for that person behaviour of BHFL is like an “Indian living in Afghanistan & Pakistan” than what about Common Man ? We ready to resolve dispute but BHFL not responding. Sir, it is heartly requested to Order BHFL for Restrusturing *.* /Decrease rate of interest/Increase Tenure that can help us as myself suffer ** times in Covid **.
