Hdfc Bank - ISA Account Not Opened

Hi, I am Ravi Krishna Buddi, I am an NRI customer of HDFC bank. As I am much interested in investing in the mutual funds I contacted the HDFC Bank Chandanagar branch in Hyderabad, to open the ISA account I send them the required documents to the branch which costs me around **** + **** consumer court expenses rupees in Indian currency. Once I got approval for the soft copies from the particular person, as its been * months but there is no update on it and moreover they wanted me to resend the documents again which costs me again ****, and they even failed to provide me the dropbox (HDFC Promised), from last five months they keep on promising me to open the ISA account and they fail to do , so I spent almost * working days in to send the documents, because of their delay I almost lost my * % interest on the money every month I spent on opening the account. I got mentally frustrated and lost my interest in investing. Moreover, I lost all the investment opportunities from the last * months, so I would like them to refund my amount which I spent on it or else I want them to open the account by taking care of my postal expenses at least.
