On **rd they have hold about ***** from agent wallet and
Past few weeks I can't able to book train tickets , and I have cancel the train tickets which was booked earlier , due to covid-** , trains got cancelled ,customer is asking for refund , company is not supporting
Called them many times still , issue was not solved.
