Sep **th on Maple online application iphone ** pro max was available in stock and fortunately it was my colour choice white Titanium with *** GB specifications. With all due respect to stock availability did place the order with complete payment of *.**L and for the order confirmation #*****, henceforth after it's been absolutely worst experience with store management and telecallers telling no stock availability or can we provide alternative colours and sometimes very lethargic and unprofessional behaviour telling we will refund the amount, There are many to name telecallers Dia, Swathi, Monica, And now with lot of shouting Mr Prathik Yasir who is not picking the call and telling we don't about stock availability, what sort of premium service does Maple give to India when a customer has paid complete amount and following up with no success and resolutions, last week your Maple team calls me and ask for alternative color I then OK go ahead with Desert titanium and promised to ship yesterday and now again same shit behaviour with them, why do you project yourself as premium partner for Apple where professionalism is negative. Can anyone who is honest to their work can assist me or let me if this complaint reaches correct person to corrective actions immediately.
