Pranay Kokane filed complaint against maplestore on Jun 3, 2022
On **st May’**, I opened the Macbook air which Maple has despatched and delivered on **th May’**, and found that the product is physically damaged in one corner. It was just ** hours since I received the delivery, and raised request for the replacement(wherein Maple T&C they clearly mentioned - I am allowing to raise an request ** Hours timeframe), but they denied the request saying the packing box is in good shape, which is product is not defective. Well, this is just a hypothesis, I have shared all the evidences to them, but Maple clearly declined the replacement. I pretty frustrated and depressed here.
