Apple watch - Invoice without serial number given and now when i ask them for this they just giving me nee dates

I order apple watch. Series * nike edition and got Invoice without serial number mentioned on it.And now when i ask them for this they just keep giving me new dates and their helpline is just shit thing they dont even reply to the query and just keep on closing the case even its not solved
