Apple Watch - Empty Box Received

We ordered a Apple Watch Bluetooth in Flipkart , we received empty box.. immediately we raised a complaint in Flipkart, they said they needs some time for investigation and asked for my government proofs, i have shared to them also... later they directly rejected the pickup/replacement. Blocked my Flipkart Plus as if i am the thief...This whole process continued for one month. We clearly lost our money. Should never buy anything from Flipkart.
