i booked hotel for my colleague from my make my trip account. This was business trip. during booking self filled necessary GST information during booking.

During checkout hotel denied for provide GST invoice. We contacted to Make my trip on same day & till now following up with them. but no response in line from them. Without gst we cant reimburse from our company. almost * months completed.
They sent * invoices in which mention gst collected amount of *. during booking they deducted around **% GST
