Dear Concern,
This is to inform you that I purchased a product from Flipkart on **th February.
I am chasing Seller I.e. Flipkart Customer Care from *th of March as product which is been delivered is defective and need to be repaired by Brand Service Center (LG) for which they are asking for Invoice which should be delivered with product and uploaded on Website / Application under my order section.
Pls be informed – I havnt received invoice with Product as well as same is not available on Flipkart’s site/ Mobile Application even after multiple request and complaints.
Please help as I am requesting Seller from last * months and they are not providing invoice and keep giving my further deadlines everytime and closing the compliant without giving solution to customer. Thanks
