Magic Pin - Invalid Vochure

I Bought a Voucher of PVR CINEMAS Worth Rs.**** through Magic Pin App where the *** has paid through Google Pay and the remaining *** has been paid through magic pin Wallet.
Payment is successful and the voucher was given but when i tried to utilize it in the PVR CINEMAS app it showed that the Voucher code is invalid and later when i checked about the vouchuer in the magic pin app it showed that the voucher is already redeemed.
So Please Kindly check this issue and get me a refund as soon as possible.
