Gtpl Broadband - Internet Services Not Provided after taking 6 Month Amount.

I took the Gtpl fiber broadband connection in Jan ** , I paid * month package full amount . Internet worked for *-* month and after that it stopped working . I complained to gtpl several times , their technician comes after doing a lot of reminder calls, but they never fixed the issue permanently. It starts working and again stopped next day. After few days the gtpl company did not send any technician to resolve the problem , everyday i am calling them and they say I am coming there, but nobody comes . It is more than * month that my internet is not working . I took it for my company project work and i lost the project due to this . I got ***** Rupees loss due to this . Also I paid money to gtpl without getting any internet services for around * months. I got very bad mental harassment and defamation because of gtpl's poor service and behaviour towards me.
