Spoke with their local cable operator through whom they distribute their service.
I was informed even after * days services will remain disrupted INDEFINITELY since Im on cat* connection and cat* switches are supposedly unavailable in the market.
Furthermore I am being BLACKMAILED to switch to their fiber optic connection to ensure service restoration instantly.
So ultimately it could be * days or it may well be ** days or more that I will be without service OR COMPENSATION.
