My internet service provider (Alliance broadband) is worst. On daily basis there link is down and it takes *-** hours daily that too in peak morning hours. Due to this, I miss the meetings and my works are getting effected. In terms of customer service they are at zero level. Sometimes I feel, I'm paying money just to see the wifi logo. If I'm paying money on monthly basis then they should not count those unserviceable hours. Why I need to pay for those hours for which there was no service and who is responsible for my missed meeting/works.
