Hathway Broadband Internet - Internet service not provided even after payment

I have recharged for a monthly plan for Hathway internet. The service provider never activated my account. And I was also out of town for most of the time. When I raised a service request the technician called and I informed him that I was out of town. He said he will close the ticket and I can raise it back when I come back to the town. I have raised service request to activate my account and by that time month has passed. One lady called me and she claimed that your account was already activated and the month was over. I have asked her, if it was activated when was it activated and what all times I used your internet services. Requested her to show that statistics of my usage. She replied that statistics was not working but the account was activated and denied for any investigation and closed my service request. Hence I am approaching this consumer forum to render justice for my suffering with the service provider.
