Yash filed complaint against Hathway Broadband Internet on Dec 22, 2018
I've an Hathway Connection from * years, my Account number is ** **** ****.
I've raised my complaint on December *th ****, about frequent disconnection of internet after Afternoon **:** and today's date is **nd December ****, I've not received any permanent solution for my problem.
In the last ** days, I've lodged ** complaints and I'm not convinced with the type of feedback I've received from your company staff.
I've complained using your Hathway app (Please delete the app, as it is worthless)
Customer Service (I hope you do a quick checkup on them, literally bunch of under educated staff working for you, I'll give them -* from my side.)
I'll like to bring into your notice about your Nodal officer, Mr, Vishal Rajpure kindly tell him that he is here to help the customers and not just waste company's money.
Despite of me using unparliamentary words in my complaint, the man working there is so shameless haven't solved my problem.I'm afraid that you've such poor staff working in your world class company.Shame.
This is my **th complaint about the issue I'm facing.
So, I would request you to please look into my matter and kindly provide me a permanent solution for your disgusting wasteful internet connection as I've paid an advance for * months.
