My internet is not working in my area. When I want to talk to customer care they are putting my call on hold around **-** minutes. I called *-* times but no one answer received. I recharged my Jio number to use the internet but I m not able to use because of poor internet connection. Please help to refund my money. So I can port my number to Airtel. I don't want to use Jio in future.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
