Navjeet filed complaint against VI simcard on Jun 17, 2021
Good day,
Today i am very angry because of internet not working since *th may **** on my VI sim card.
I called many times to complaint department and they made me fool every time from last *.* months that my internet problem will get resolved.
I don’t know what technical issue you are facing till now that your technical team is not able to solve this problem from last *.* months.
Sometimes i get a call from VI and i told them my problem regarding internet and they only say they will check.
I am very sad to write this email today.
Please if can’t solve the issue you can tell me i will change my no. Because of you to get making me comfort by saying that it will get solved very soon i am waiting for that.
Please tell me if you can solve my problem or not.
I will change my no. So that I don’t waste time by calling you and texting VI every second day.
WORST SERVICE GIVEN AND CHARGING FOR INTERNET WITHOUT GIVING INTERNET FACILITY FROM LAST *.* months.
