Internet is interrupted and gets cut immediately and appears after an hour or so. Again it goes down. Several tickets were raised to Hathway customer care. But they close the tickets without resolution. There seems to be new optic cabling been done around. Several appointments have been given to Hathway service people who kept me waiting all these times and never appeared. From * days there is no internet at all. Every time I do call Hathway customer care with a lot of difficulties to get their line connected. Even there is mail correspondence done. But there are no actions taken by them in this regards. This has disturbed my online meetings a lot.
