For last ** days internet is not working in my house. No action is being taken by the you boardband. Complaint raised is getting closed automatically without even solving the problem. Repair man is not lifting the calls. Please take a quick action on them and kindly resolve our problem. Validity days are simply getting wasted due to their negligence.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
