Required plan of * month not provided in you broad band app to recharge online basis.
But compelled to recharge for * months or ** months....which is a harrasment of customer.
Plz ensure all plans should be available for recharge ie monthly, quarterly , half yearly and yearly .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
