I have internet connection from den network which was provided by my local cable operator. Internet service is not reliable and stops working when needed most but for last few days it is not working at all. They took advanced payment of Rs. *** on **th july and when i didnt got any resolution after many calls i wanted my advance back they stopped picking calls.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
