Dear Sir,
I like to inform you that I have a issue for internet service not on from **.**.**** to still now.
I am trying all the procedure from my mobile settings & also check use other handset in my own sim.
And I also inform you that My sim card is new and I am the new port in customer since *months.
.
But I also trying to contact the customer care they not pick up my phone all the time also complaint online Bsnl site many time but the result is zero.
Then My mobile pack Rs.*** already expire **st of may **** but not any resolution from BSNL.
.
Now I decided to port out from Bsnl but Now I think I am trying again So I recharges again Rs.*** plan at yesterday **.**.****.
But still have same issue that I already explained.

My previes complaint details from the BSNL WEBSITE - Docket No. KOL/CO/****/****,
Docket no- E**K********,
DOCKET NO- KOL/CO/****/****
.
I think this is the last option from BSNL support.
Please resolve it for the actual support.
My previous plan Rs.*** is already waste for the BSNL WORST SERVICE but now please help.
