I have registered complaints about internet issue on call to gtpl. The internet is not working and they are just not solving issue no technician visit my home and nothing till now. In past, I have registered *** of complaints but the solution is as cheap as gtpl. I have purchased * Mbps plan and they are giving me * to * Mbps speed and when I post-complaint, they start my internet slowly and say your internet is working. I have to again raise a ticket for speed issue and they are doing nothing. No solution nothing. All those days when the internet is not available I want that refund. I also write an email to yoursupport@gtpl.com but those are biggest idiots.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
