I am facing Internet network issues since three days. Still not working.
When i connect to your customer service they put me on hold for some senior executive and no one was answering until i cut the call, even the hold tune was not also sounding.
Is this way to provide service to your customers?
Already * days passed, on which priority you are checking the network issues?
In today's time how can people live without internet or else you are expecting peoples should carry other sim card also??
