I have taken Jio Airfiber connection on *rd July ****. I have enrolled for *** Plan which promises a speed of ***mbps. From the date of connection I am not getting the promised speed of ***mbps. I am getting speed of **mbps hardly. I have raised the complaint on *rd July **** but no one visited till date. I have been calling the customer care but I did not get any resolution. I am working from home and I am facing severe difficulties in work. Because of internet issues I was unable to complete my work.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
