I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the Jio Fiber installation process. I had booked Jio Fiber on the **th of December, and a Jio Fiber representative completed the necessary registration process on that day. However, I have encountered multiple issues with the installation, and I feel compelled to bring them to your attention.
Initially, I was told that the installation would take place the day after the registration. No installers were scheduled to visit, but they informed me that there was an issue preventing them from completing the installation. I immediately contacted the Jio Fiber representative who assured me that the installation will be delayed and wait for * days.
Today is the rescheduled installation day, and unfortunately, no one has shown up, despite my repeated attempts to contact the installation team. This lack of communication and unresponsiveness is highly concerning and has caused significant inconvenience.
I demand immediate attention to this matter and request a resolution to the installation issues I am facing. Additionally, the unavailability of the installation team for a second time is unacceptable, and I am seeking an explanation for the inconvenience caused.
I expect a prompt response and action to rectify this situation. I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency it deserves.
