Hi,
We have a internet disconnection from airtel from past * days. We are raising concern through twitter and even their app. They assign a engineer but engineer never arrives. Mine work from home is going on and i had a loss of freelancing projects. When evere i call them they say they will be coming in * mins.Their employee had come home for the wiring and has broked the blub saying they will fix. But they never returned. They are just faking and lieing.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
