Dear sir,
I purchased a net plus broadband connection for * months last month. I am having internet connection issues on daily basis. I am working from home..so I thought net plus will help me out. But my work is stuck because of this broadband connection. The internet is not working from morning. I raised so many complaints since morning. But the issue is not resolved yet. The servicing provider is only repeating one line that issue will be resolved soon. And he used to switch off his phone after *pm. His contact no is ***-***-****. It is KANG NET PLUS services. This is the pathetic service from net plus. My customer ID is **********. I already paid for this * months of plan in the amount of ****.**rs

I wasted all my money. So please assist me and resolve my issues asap.
