Worst service I've been contacting them to fix my issue for months. But they are not serious. Every day their landline and broadband stop working and it cost me a lot as my whole work is dependent on the internet. When I call them they talk in a very arrogant manner and then cuts the call. Really pissed off with BSNL.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
