Bharti Airtel - International Roaming Charged without going out of country

Dear Team,
I have received an airtel bill of INR ****.** for this month i.e, from **.**.**** - **.**.****.
When I have been through the details of bill found that the one time charges of ****.** has been charged against international roaming.
This is to inform you that I have never requested for such kind of services, also I have never been out of India (home country) till date. This is a false service getting charged to me.
If you see my previous bills, there were always below ****INR , and this time all of a sudden Bill got generated for INR ****.**/-
I request to help me with rectification of the bill. Also, to inform as the bill last date is *th Dec I am not in position to clear the bill, and I am afraid f they charge late fee charges on this.
